We are Bay Area Readers of the SF Chron, the newspaper Michelle Smith wrote for, and will miss her reporting. It is scary to think the paper will not hire someone to take her place to write about the two powerhouse women’s college basketball teams, Stanford and Cal. How can you generate interest if no one is writing about women’s basketball?
